With a cup of black coffee in hand, I sit on my back porch looking out across the fields of brown vegetation as another season comes to an end. The sounds of nature are silenced by the noise of eighteen-wheelers rolling down the highway, the hum of over-sized tires a constant companion to my morning excursion. I do not allow the annoyance to interrupt my mission. I come out here to be with God, to explore the stories floating around aimlessly inside my head, and to ponder life. My back porch is where faith is cherished and imagination is set free.

My greatest joy in life is writing stories. Stories about faith, God, life, death, and everything that falls between. I build no fences around my imagination. I believe everything has a story and only requires someone to tell it...and someone to hear it. I hope you will listen (read) the words born on my small back porch nestled in the middle of New Braunfels, Texas.
